Dimensions of our Railway Sleepers:
1.2m/4ft = 1200mm x 200mm x 100mm
2.4m/8ft = 2400mm x 200mm x 100mm
Dimensions of our Jumbo Railway Sleepers:
2.4m/8ft = 2400mm x 245mm x 120mm
- Green treated for protection against decay, insect and fungal attack.
- Green treatment colour fades over time.
- In accordance with BS EN 335 UC3 Outdoors & Above Ground.
- Planed making them safer to use in garden sleeper projects as they will splinter less which is ideal if there are little fingers about.
- Suitable for structural or decorative purposes in construction, fencing and garden projects.
- Due to the nature of timber there can be a natural variance in size.
Some projects may require shorter lengths and to take away the hassle and time of crosscutting, we now provide 1.2m lengths. These are cut bespoke at our sawmill in Cumbernauld.
