We continue to operate online only and deliver our processed orders. Our Cumbernauld branch is only open to customers who have arranged a collection via an online order.
We have continued to be inundated with orders, requests and questions and we are doing everything we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We are currently operating on a 1-7 day delivery lead time, we are not able to guarantee your requested delivery date. We are not able to give a specific delivery date. When your order is dispatched the driver will contact you upon delivery. Please be ready to accept delivery within the potential lead time. Please bear with us, we’ll get your orders to you as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Due to the high volume of orders we aren't able to make amendments or addon to your existing order. Please make sure to order everything required for your project, or you will need to place a separate order including additional delivery charge. Should you require us to cancel your order - please contact us with your reference number and we’ll issue a full refund. This may take some time, but we will do this as quickly as possible.
If an item is out of stock, the website will be updated and you will not be able to purchase this item. Where possible, we will give an estimated date for when the item will be available to purchase. Pre-ordering is not available. Please check back at a later date as advised on the product page. If you are able to add an item to cart, it will be available. If we do run into a stock issue we will contact you as soon as possible.
We support social distancing, and are operating the best practices in order to keep staff and customers safe at all times.
Similar to shopping at a supermarket, we're strictly limiting the number of customers at the point of collection at our depot at any one time. We have screens in place and will only accept payment via our online website. After placing your order online, please give us a call to arrange a collection date/time. This is to limit the number of customers at any one time, there should be no queues as you will be given an hourly slot to collect. However, when at our branch please ensure to continue to observe safe practice such as two metre distancing.
As always, we recommend customers to opt for a home delivery over a collection. This is the safest approach to online ordering.
We urge all of our customers to continue to follow our governments social distancing guidelines, to shop responsibly only for what is necessary, and we will continue to provide the best possible service in the safest possible way.
